2021 is the year of vaccination in Singapore. As of 10th August 2021, 72% of Singapore’s population have been fully vaccinated with 2 doses of vaccines.

Singapore is rapidly expanding its vaccination operations to counter the pandemic. More than 60 vaccination sites have been deployed across the island, including 22 PHPC (Public Health Preparedness Clinic). More PHPCs are expected to join in and start administering vaccines.

From early August onwards, all residents in Singapore can walk into any of the 37 vaccination centres with prior appointments.

Supporting clinics in administering COVID-19 vaccines

We at UNO Technologies have enhanced our Clinic Management System (CMS) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to support PHPCs in administering vaccines in their clinics. PHPCs can now safely submit patient vaccination records directly on National Immunization Registry (NIR) in a timely and accurate manner. PHPCs can also make claims to Vaccine Subsidy Scheme (VSS) for vaccinations.

Clinics can now submit vaccination records on NIR for any of the following COVID-19 vaccines:

  • Pfizer/BioNTech

  • Modern

  • Astrazeneca

  • Sinopharm

  • Sinovac-CoronaVac

Vaccine stock and vaccination certificate printing have also been enhanced to help PHPCs manage their COVID-19 vaccine inventory and print certificates for the vaccine recipient.

Submission of COVID-19 vaccination record to NIR

To help PHPCs provide the most accurate and up-to-date vaccination records to NIR, our UNO Medical EMR has seamless integrated with NIR to ensure smooth and efficient submission of COVID-19 vaccination record.

Just like other vaccinations, PHPCs can submit record to NIR, Including data such as:

  • Recipient Name

  • Type of vaccine

  • Vaccine name

  • Batch number

  • Vaccination date
