CHAS Submission

Are you still submitting CHAS or Dental CHAS claims through the online CHAS portal? This is so time-consuming and troublesome!

UNO IHiS SmartCMS integrations have CHAS claim portal integrated with all of your patient’s information stored in the system. Reduced data entry as patient information automatically fills.

CHAS GPs and dental clinics can make medical subsidies directly with MOH through our UNO Clinic Management System (CMS). This is eligible for all Singapore citizens:

  • Pioneer Generation (PG)

  • Merdeka Generation (MG)

  • Green, Blue, and Orange CHAS cardholders

  • Public Assistance (PA) cardholders.

UNO CMS helps you do a pre-check on the patient’s eligibility and subsidy tier to ensure the correct scheme submission. Your clinic is also able to do a real-time status check on the patient’s available balance and visits remaining. Most importantly, UNO has built-in claim submissions logic to help you review your claims before submission – reducing the odds of claim rejections from errors.

Benefits of submitting CHAS on UNO CMS:

  • A web-based system, no installation required

  • Cloud-based and hence accessible on any device with an internet connection

  • Clinics can make a combined claim for CDMP on top of CHAS in one single submission

  • Dental CHAS enabled

What is CHAS

The Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS) was introduced on 1 Jan 2014 to provide affordable primary healthcare services to all Singapore citizens. CHAS has enabled all Singaporeans to receive subsidies when visiting CHAS GPs and dental clinics.

Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP)

The Chronic Disease Management Programme was introduced to help manage outpatient bills for treatment costs for chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, and stroke. Patients can use their own Medisave or their family members to subsidize their treatments. CHAS claims can be stacked on top of CDMP claims.

CDMP subsidies

Basic chronic disease treatments such as Diabetic Foot Screening (DFS) and Diabetic Retinal Photography (DRP) can be subsidized at all CHAS clinics.

Medisave CDMP claims and balance check

Clinics can submit patient’s CDMP Medisave claims directly with MOH Mediclaim Online at the MOH Healthcare Claims Portal (MHCP)

Clinics participating in the CDMP programme can do a Medisave balance check on behalf of their patients through our UNO CMS. Again, saving you the time and hassle to visit multiple portals.
