About HealthServe

Healthserve Singapore is an organization seeking to meet the needs of migrant workers in our community - through the provision of medical care, counseling, case work, social assistance, and other support services. Every year, they provide subsidised healthcare services to thousands of migrant workers in Singapore.

Some areas of medical care include:

  • General PrimaryCare

  • Dental

  • Dermatology

  • Orthopaedics

  • Occupational and Physical therapy

HealthServe charges a flat fee of $8 for GPs and $15 for dental services for consultation and medication. However, fees are waived for migrant workers under social assistance. (Migrant workers who are Special Pass holders or those who have been referred by other partner NGOs)

UNO Techs’ partnership with HealthServe to support the health and wellbeing of migrant workers in Singapore

To assist HealthServe in providing efficient and quality care to migrant workers, and as part of our mission to provide quality healthcare to everyone. UNO Technologies sponsored the use of our UNO Clinic Management System to HealthServe clinics, they’ve since been able to operate their clinics with better efficiency and synergy.

Our UNO Clinic Management System deployed at HealthServe’s 3 community medical and dental clinics has helped migrant workers gain better access to high-quality, affordable, or even free medical and dental care.

“Among the structural milestones this year was the upgrading of our GP clinic system to a cloud-based CMS, thanks to the kind sponsorship of UNO Technologies (FKA GHB). This has helped us run our clinics more effectively and cohesively” - HealthServe Management Team, 2019

Integration with the Singapore Ministry of Manpower’s Migrant Worker Application (MW Health)

At UNO Technologies, we firmly believe in healthcare equality for all, our sponsorship to HealthServe Singapore reaffirms our journey in supporting racial justice and equality. Our efforts in this area are still ongoing, which includes our own other work to promote healthcare equality.

The COVID-19 pandemic has widened the existing racial disparities and segregation in access to healthcare. Our UNO Clinic Management System has assisted HealthServe in providing dedicated and efficient healthcare services at subsidized cost to more than 12,900 foreign workers. Ensuring their access to primary care services during this difficult time.

Our commitment to quality medical care for all

We at UNO Technologies are committed to supporting healthcare equality in Singapore - that every person in Singapore, regardless of race, nationality or socioeconomic background, has the right and sufficient access to quality healthcare services. Access to healthcare and a healthy population adds a pillar for Singapore’s growth and prosperity.
